Q: What services do you provide?
  • A: We can assist you with direct mail campaign requirements, including design, print, collation, finishing, mailing and managing any returned campaign materials.We also provide print services for banners, promotional materials and exhibitions or trade shows.No matter how big or small the job, we will be able to help you.


Q: Is it possible to variably print any special colours other than the standard CMYK?
  • A: In addition to the standard CMYK colours we can also variably print Clear Toner, Neon Pink, Neon Yellow, White & a full swatch of Foil Colours. Yes that’s Foil Variably printed.


Q: What options do you have in terms of Lamination
  • A: We can Laminate anything from the standard Gloss, Matt & Soft Touch laminates to Holographic laminates. This can be applied to variable digital print or the standard Litho print.


Q: Can you variably print Foil over litho printed sheets to create a personalised brochure cover?
  • A: Yes we can variably print foil over the litho print. As an alternative we can even laminate the cover then over print the foil.


Q: I have a DM to send and would like to create some interaction for the recipient, is there anything special that can be included?
  • A: We could apply some latex scratch off panels in silver and gold or as an alternative we can create pull out reveals. Both options can hide variably printed prizes or incentives creating the interaction.


Q: Can I have different versions of artwork for my mailing or does each version have to be treated as an individual mailing?
  • A: We can variably print, logos, text and even different backgrounds, creating one mailing thus reducing your postage costs.


Q: I have a database that I need to see how accurate it is. What processing options do I have?
  • A; We can verify your data against the Royal Mail database, correcting street names, towns & postcodes. We an also dedupe the file taking out any duplicate records. The data can also be suppressed against the deceased and ‘gone away’ databases. It is also good practice to run your data against the MPS register.


Q: What is the largest sheet size you can variably print?
  • A: We can print up to a maximum size of 330mm x 700mm.


Q: Does everything you mail go in an envelope?
  • A: No, we can mail postcards and one-piece mailers, these can be sealed with either peelable glue or a clear perforated sticker.


Q: What is the maximum amount of inserts that I can include in my mailpack?
  • A: Excluding the outer envelope we can enclose up to 6 items. 3 out of the 6 items can be camera matched for data protection.


Q Can I have multiple personalised items in the same pack and how secure is this in terms of data protection?
  • A: We run camera systems on the enclosing lines, these cameras scan an individual code on each personalised item and if each code matches then they will be enclosed. 100% Secure.


Q Can you apply a personalised loyalty card to a personalised mailer?
  • A: Yes, we have a dedicated glueing line with a camera system. We camera match an individual code on the card to a code on mailer. If both codes match the card is glued and placed onto the mailer, then sealed with peelable glue.


Q Is it possible to enclose a shaped mailer?
  • A: We can enclose most shaped inserts, just as long as they are flat.

Q When will my campaign be ready?
  • A: When your campaign will be ready to mail out will be dependent on the printing requirements, number of variants, finishes and the strength of your database. We work exceptionally hard to ensure all our customers’ campaigns are turned around exceptionally quickly, alongside the utmost care, precision and attention to detail for maximum impact.
